오늘 영상은 엘에이 다운타운 (미국 동대문시장)
으로 쇼핑가서 구경하고 엘에이 한인타운 에서
해장국 먹으러갔다가 해장술 까지 먹는 먹방 영상입니다.
선지해장국 (특) 사이즈에는 갈비가 많이 들어가고요,
보통 선지해장국에는 선지랑 내장만 가득히 들어있어서
너무 깔끔하고 개운한 맛이였어요.
개인적으로는 특사이즈 보다는 보통 선지해장국이
제 입맛에는 더 잘 맞았어요.(개인적인 입맛)
해장도 잘하고 커피마시고 호텔 체크아웃 후에
볼일보면서 술 다 깬 다음에 마지막으로
한인타운 새로생긴 가장 큰 마트 zion market가서
쇼핑까지 잘 마무리했어요.

The ox blood hangover soup (special)
contains a lot of ribs, and usually ox blood hangover soup is full of only ox blood and intestines,
so it tasted so clean and refreshing.
Personally, ox blood hangover soup was better suited to my taste than the special size.
After drinking coffee and checking out at the hotel,
I finished drinking alcohol, and finally,
I went to the largest mart zion market in Korea Town and finished shopping well.

Bluocho Korean restaurant, located next to the seemingly more popular (and pricey) Park’s Bar B Q, would not look welcoming to most of the people we know. The front is covered in posters and window paint and, were it not for the illustration of the goat on the façade’s sign, would offer no indication of its selection to the non-Korean reader. But we love this kind of place! After our trip to SE Asia last year, we came to the duel realizations that A. we love down and “dirty” (though not actually unsanitary) neighborhood joints and B. you don’t have to leave the LA area to have genuine international experiences. Bloucho hit both realizations with a meat tenderizing hammer.
The menu is confusing to the un-indoctrinated and the staff’s English isn’t perfect (the owner speaks none at all), but if you aren’t afraid to ask questions, you’ll do fine. We ordered the specialty of the house, which is a goat meat-based soup cooked in a large clay pot over a burner embedded in your table and surrounded with the best Kimchi (a variety of different side dishes in little plates) we’ve ever had. There are three levels of ordering and the first, which costs about $30.00 would be enough to fill two people to the point of over-eating even without the generous insistence by the owner that more meat be added as our eating slowed. The more substantial ingredients of the soup, mostly goat and sesame greens, are to be dipped into either the sesame paste, a soy sauce with raw garlic or God-knows-what awesome red salsa looking stuff or any combination thereof. The goat itself is can be chewy, stringy and a little fatty, but some plate top manicuring can provide you with some truly spectacular bites of this infrequently served meat. The sauces and Kimchi can be spicy, so test before eating, but once you’ve settled on your mix and started pouring some icey cold Hite beer over your ecstasy fried tongue, hold on! There is a state of euphoria generated by the right spices in proper strengths that can send you into a slack-jawed, sweat mopping heaven. Blurocho took us all the way there.
Okay, so that’s the food. What made this in an international experience for us was probably a little more personal. While dining in a hotel in Nihn Bihn, Vietnam, we were treated to the proprietor, Xuan’s, family’s rice moonshine. The stuff could take the paint of the inside of a full can of paint! The proprietor of Blurocho brought us right back to that moment when he poured each of us a complimentary glass of some kind of cordial or liquor – there was no way to discern what it may have tasted like before it started taking on the flavor of the giant Ginseng root floating in the middle of the glass kettle that held it. His desire to share something cultural blended with the staff’s overall, well, fawning over us throughout the meal made this a special dining experience.
